The process in quite standard: 1. Initial HR phone call 2. Test (they send you a link and you have a set time to do it, in my case it was 10 questions about situations you may find on the job, and you would have to resolve, for example write an email to an agency, sort priorities, information sorting, etc.). Video call with 2 team managers (STAR interview). 3. STAR video call interview with 2 team managers of 1 hour.
