Pretty basic scripted phone interview questions. The interviewer wanted to make sure that I had researched the company. After the interview I scheduled an Excel test. I was not as prepared for the test as I thought I would be and I feel as if that was integral to me not receiving a second interview.

There are three rounds. The first two are phone interviews, and the last one is the on-site interview. The last one has three or four rounds. They asked questions about yourself and gave you a case to analyze.
I have never met such an unprofessional company so far. They asked me an interview and they ghosted me with the excuse that they couldn't reach me out. It was completely fake cause I was texting them on WhatsApp and the viewed the messages without answering. I'm really disgusted from such a disrespectful behavior. They even didn't ask to my email where I asked to reschedule the call.

Interview
Did the interview with two heads of Finance in the first stage. They communicated that they have already selected other candidates that were better for the role.
They haven't provided enough feedback though.
