Started off with a HR quick test interview, based on some technical questions such as port nos., security appliances, etc., Then, got scheduled for a next round by the Team lead, who concentrated on deep technical aspects such as VPN etc., Then after, they flew me down to Texas for a group panel interview, the hospitability was excellent. Interview was for a couple of hours concentrating deep into the scenario based questions both technical and cultural topics. I hope i did 80% well. The next day i was offered a position.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rackspace Technology
Interview
Received message from Rackspace on LinkedIn in regards to an open position, exchanged e-mails with Rackspace. Sent my contact information to Rackspace as per their request. The interview was extremely technical, they throw the kitchen sink at you (metaphorically) to gauge your level of networking knowledge and how you react under pressure.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rackspace Technology (San Antonio, TX) in June 2015
Interview
Very streamlined. I had three interviews total. Two phone interviews, one with someone in HR asking me basic networking questions. Second interview was with someone asking more technical questions. Some of the questions were pretty difficult if you hadn't studied before your interview. Third interview was another technical interview and another interview where you're questioned to see how well you fit in the company, however this one was in person.

Interview
Two initial phone technical screenings - each increasingly technical, followed by a an onsite interview that was extraordinarily difficult. There were many people who vetted me technically, and ensure I'd be a good culture fit.
