2 interviews on zoom and a phone call. Initial interview spoke about my experiences and discussed DEI opportunities and perspectives both of myself and the organization. 2nd interview with two employees to answer scenario based questions. Final phone call with hiring employee who gave me the offer.

Overall very friendly and open interview process! It was a one-interview round with a manager. Be prepared to discuss your work with children at the elementary level, social justice, and organizational skills.
