Super fast, thorough and overall enjoyable experience! Respond and move quickly. Introductory call, personality assessment and two more 30 minute interviews. Overall, best interview experience I have had thus far and left with a very positive and informed view of the company without feeling burnt out.

What is your ideal management situation/what do you want in a manager?
There was an assessment and a phone interview to start. The assessment wasn't difficult but it took some time to complete. The telephone interview was about a week later. They asked general questions, about my background and how it matched with the job description.

They asked alot of strategy questions about email marketing.

Interview
They make you take the mentioned personality/SAT-like online test then eliminate qualified prospects. Seems like a bogus process to attract specialty talent, but I guess it works for them.

The timed online quiz is not difficult but the timing cuts you off in part 2 prior to the allocated 30-minute session, thus you are classified as incomplete rather than qualified.
