I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Rendel (London, England) in Nov 2024
Interview
Started with a screening call which included questions such as why Rendel, why are you applying for this role. Then next was a technical interview which included many technical questions and wanted to know about a specific university project to go into detail about. The final interview was a talk about the ICE training programme and any questions I have about the company. Overall, the interviews were okay however I hadn't brushed up on technical knowledge from earlier years in university so found the technical interview abit challenging. All the staff were very nice.
Telephone call, followed by in person interview with hr, followed by in person interview with line manager. Overall a lovely process and very welcoming. The team are very supportive throughout and make clear expectations.

Question 1
What is your experience? What are your career ambitions?
Easy chat about past experience with senior director and senior engineer, a little bit of technical questions on my previous projects. Most of the time was spent hearing about company projects and culture, their support scheme towards chartership
