The interview process at Revolut was very long, with several stages including online tests, cultural fit questions, and case study style exercises. It was structured, professional, and designed to test both technical ability and adaptability.

Interview
5 stages (including roleplays), got to the final stage and given an offer then ghosted for 3 months until a recruiter reached out about the same role, went through another 3 stages just to get ghosted
Efficient and fast-paced. All the interviews are conducted in a span of at most two weeks. The questions were nothing out of the ordinary, importance on proving that you are willing to work with volume and hit KPIs.
Since this was for a graduate role there were only 2 rounds - HR & with a Senior Sales Manager. They were very clear and upfront about the structure of the interview - had to prepare a sales pitch and then basic motivation questions
