      Parnership Manager Interview

      28 May 2026

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Revolut (London, England) in May 2026

      Interview

The interview process started positively with an initial conversation focused on my background, current role, skills, and motivations for wanting to join Revolut. The first stage felt engaging and conversational, and I left with a strong impression of the company and role. The second stage was noticeably different in tone. The interviewer asked questions around my career experience and why I wanted to work for Revolut, however the interaction felt quite abrupt and transactional throughout. Communication felt curt at times, which made it difficult to build rapport or fully showcase my experience and personality. Overall, the process was structured and efficient, but the candidate experience varied significantly between interview stages. I would recommend ensuring a more consistent and welcoming interview experience across interviewers, especially given how important culture and communication are during the hiring process.
