How will you manage the irritated customer and even they are not agreeing with you?
I got selected to join revolut. I currently work in Amazon. I have a doubt on the performance metrics in revolut. How will be my performance calculated? Like is there any target that I have to achieve. Like numbers? ...for example I should do 50 tasks a day or something like that.. pls if anyone knows give me a brief explanation on the performance metrics. Will be very helpful.
