The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
I firs applied for this role in Jan.. I was approached by the recruiter and put thought he interview stages... I’ve got til the last stage and the role was moved to ThenLondon office.. I was advised by the recruiter to wait until they would open the role for the Dublin site ... the role is finally there but for some reason I’m no longer skilled enough and I’m getting reflected. The recruiters of course disappeared and no longer answer to my email. Well done Rovolut for waisting my time
We're sorry to hear that you didn't have a good experience with us. We'd be grateful if you could fill in the survey that was sent out to you, as these are linked to specific roles and recruiters, so we can identify any areas that might need improvement.

Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Revolut (Paris) in June 2026
Interview
I received a message from a recruiter on linkedin about a job opportunity at Revolut and if I was interested. I responded positive and received a link for a call interview for which I changed the slot two times. They were flexible with finding new slots.

Interview
Interview process is very long unnecessarily. You are made to feel like a cog in the wheel and every candidate goes through the same process and same case studies with no detailed feedback provided at any stage of the process. I was rejected at the skills interview stage and there was no feedback provided as to why I was rejected, even though the interview went well and the interviewer explicitly referenced the next stage. Generic rejection email sent and was ghosted when I asked for further feedback. Not very useful from a development perspective.

Interview
1. Screening interview
2. CCAT (maths/verbal/shape test)
3. Technical interview about Financial Crime and how a hypothetical Revolut process could be improved
4. Problem solving interview - get given a hypothetical case study example - you need to ask questions to get to the 'root cause of the problem' and then present back 3-5 solutions.
I didn't get past the 4th stage, and when I asked for feedback I got told they don't do detailed feedback and maybe next time! A very disappointing end to what was a good recruitment process. I don't get how the company feel it's fair to not give feedback to candidates after 2 interviews.
