I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Revolut (London, England) in June 2021
Interview
The interview process was very great in my opinion. The recruiter kept selling Revolut to me. I made it through to the first round where I was given a case study. The interviewer felt quite unprepared, he also couldn’t answer any of my questions about the role in great detail. It also felt like he was getting frustrated with some of my questions and was pushing me for a solution. The recruiter briefed me prior to the interview that it was more relevant to perform more of a root cause analysis rather than come up with a solution, however the interviewer kept pushing me for a solution. They did notify me that I was unsuccessful - I was actually relieved because it didn’t seem like a role that was aligned to my skill set in the first place.

Question 1
They will present you with a hypothetical scenario and you will need to provide a solution based on your experience
Todo el proceso muy bien. Me hicieron hacer varias entrevistas.
Following steps: the Screening interview, an online test, the business case and the bar raiser interview. There were sync calls with the recruiter as well to prepare you for the next step in the process.
2 main interviews after screen call with recruiter, one is problem solving of a case you arent expected to know anythimf about and the other example based.
Its not hard if you practice
