Interview
HR interview, Aptitude test, sharing experience with hiring manager, problem solving interview with global head, culture fit interview. There is around 5-6 rounds in all based on the Interview kit.
While HR and the interviewers in the first few rounds are professional and cordial, the global head is thoroughly unprofessional. He was late, and didn't bother to apologise. Throughout the interview he looked as if he wished he was somewhere else. The interview was poorly done and he just went through the motions and hung up ASAP. He appeared like he was talking to someone of the lower caste and didn't even bother to make eye contact. It's obvious that I am the candidate that fulfils their "local quota" before they proceed to hire their preferred foreign candidate, or someone of the same ethnicity as him. It's obvious that I wasn't given a fair shot during the interview at all. This is the worst interview I've ever experienced and no one should deserve such treatment from anyone. I didn't even care about whether I'm going to get an offer or not, I'm definitely not working under such a person under any circumstance.

Interview
El proceso constó de seis etapas:
1) Revisión del CV
2) Prueba CCAT (plataforma en línea)
3) Entrevista con un/a recruiter (15 minutos)
4) Entrevista de resolución de problemas en compliance (60 minutos)
5) Entrevista de resolución de problemas generales (40 minutos)
6) Reunión con el equipo

Question 1
La entrevista con el/la recruiter fue estándar y directa, y se centró en el perfil profesional, la experiencia previa, la motivación y una breve explicación del puesto.
La entrevista de resolución de problemas en compliance se centró en la comprensión de un texto legal o regulatorio proporcionado y en la propuesta de posibles soluciones, evaluando principalmente la capacidad de comprensión y el pensamiento creativo más que un conocimiento técnico profundo.
La entrevista de resolución de problemas generales se basó en un problema genérico no relacionado con compliance.
long and detailed interview process that involves relevant staff members and senior leadership. Bit of an odd scenario that wasn't a natural fitting part of the position. Would have been fun to work there, but we endure.
