Interview
The overall process was excellent. I got the chance to show my full potential and to share past experiences with the interviewers. The interviewers were very friendly and questions were interesting and straight to the point.

Past achievements and how these relate to the Company's core values?
A few emails back and forth, followed by a phone call, and then a "skill assessment" exercise that was a complete waste of time. Highly unprofessional recruitment team that had no idea what they were doing, were nearly impossible to reach, provided no feedback, and clearly had no idea how to choose a strong candidate.
