After choosing to initiate the process, an initial interview with a Human Resources team member was scheduled. Then, progressed to an interview with a team member of the specific team recruiting
It is well structured and includes a variety of rounds. E.g. aptitude test, problem solving and business interview. This can take several weeks to complete. Preparation for each round will be required.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (Bengaluru) in July 2024

Interview process was a case about increasing the revenue growth rate of Revolut Biz in US. Surprisingly, even after solving the whole case & constantly making sure that case is going in the right direction, I got rejected. I am ex-MBB and have never been rejected in case rounds before. It seems that interviewer might be looking for a particular answer and not case solving skills.
