The interview process was quite chaotic. I only spoke to the recruiter after my initial interview. Got very little information about the process as a whole, including the tests I had to complete. After my final interview (which was a grilling session) I was told I will hear back in the next few days and ended up being ghosted for 2 weeks, only to get an email from the recruiter that they will not proceed with my candidacy. I've asked several times for specific feedback, never received a response.

Interview
After submitting my CV, a couple of weeks passed before I was invited to take a test, which mainly consisted of logic questions, with a minimum required score of 27 out of 40. Upon passing the test, I had the opportunity to have an initial interview with the recruiter, who focused primarily on my previous experiences and informed me that the test had gone well. Following this, I was invited to a conversation with the Head of Operations, where the questions went deeper into my past experiences, with a more specific focus on the technical and operational aspects of the role. After this stage, the selection process came to a halt.
