It was a long and highly selective process. Several levels of interviews allowed me to learn about all aspects of the company. They gave me a wealth of information about its operations and were very interested in my overall vision and experience.

Spoke about myself, experience & tools I used. I used pretty much everything listed in their job description and much more. They then described the role to me. I couldn't really ask specific questions or questions relating to day to day operations on the role as the recruiter didn't know much about it and wasn't able to answer. So everything is pretty basic and personally not enough to learn about the person being interviewed. I think the process is flawed. I was easily qualified. Having over 5 years of experience and the role mentioned 2 years+. I would've appreciated a chance to do a task and show what I can do. So that's something to take into account. Perhaps I was overqualified, we'll never know. It also seemed like the interviewer did not really care and just wanted to go about their day. Post interview I received no feedback and only got the preset response ''we have concluded that another candidate was more closely aligned with the job requirements and to our team'' It was a very basic and easy interview, I think next time it would be good if the recruiter had better insight on the role to really gauge who's fit. The work is hardly advanced.
