Short screening interview with a recruiter, then 3 rounds of interviews (none of the are related to the product area you are applying to, they are very general): 1. Problem solving -> There is an issue with a trading platform, the gross profit is negative, what do you do. 2. Product Skills -> System design. Design an ATM network from scratch, the tricky part is you also need to include operations in this (CS, ATM service people etc.) 3. Bar Raiser - talk about previous key achievements, big focus on business outcomes that were achieved 4. If you pass all 3 - then you talk to potential Hiring Manager to find a team fit. Overall very positive and fair experience, I quit the process right before the team fit stage, but I feel it tests very well the product skills needed
