They have a rather long yet deliberate and structured process. Resume - HR Interview - IQ Test - Take Home case deck - Problem Solving interview - Bar Raiser interview. I made it all the way to the Problem Solving interview. Each stage was very difficult, particularly the IQ test, Take Home case, and problem solving case. The technical aspects differ depending on the role, but I believe this is their general structure.
