It was a very thorough process, that could tell that it was thoughtfully and deliberately put together. I had an overall great candidate experience. From start to finish, the interview process as a whole gave me a good sense of what is expected of this position, it gave me a chance to feel out if I would fit with the culture, as well as gave a mutual chance to evaluate if I would succeed in the role. The process started out with a phone screen with one of their recruiters, a phone interview with the hiring manager, an assessment to verify if I were a fit for the role, an onsite interview, and a follow up interview with upper management. None of it was a waste of time, even if I hadn't been given an offer. I appreciated getting the chance to assess for myself if I'm truly interested in making a switch to RigUp.
