Direct interview with manager I would be working under. We met in front of hotel and I followed to restaurant area where we began the interview. Afterwards, we took a quick tour of the kitchen and area I would be working in.

Was 3 step process, first the cooking trial, then interview with department head, then interview with executive Chef and finally HR. interview was kind of intresting once you pass first interview then you need to wait for a email, then if you do get call for 2nd interview then you get to go through more technical part questions.
