I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (Palo Alto, CA) in Jan 2012
Interview
I met with the Regional Manager for a position with Accountemps in Palo Alto. When I decided it wasn't for me I was referred to San Jose for a position with OfficeTeam. I met with the Branch Manager and Division Director. I had one more follow up interview in San Jose.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (San Jose, CA)
Interview
There was a phone screening with the Office Manager and Director. Once I passed the screening, I had to complete an in person interview with the Office Manager and the Director. Afterwards, I met the team and received an offer the same day.
Multiple in person interviews, met up for dinner with the entire team as the last portion. Very conversational, compared to hard hitting questions. Friendly team and easy to get along with.
