Very straightforward! I had two calls. They wanted references, examples of why I was equipped for the role, explanations of my resume. Also questions regarding the type of roles I was looking for in my career and my hopeful trajectory.

Question 1
How has your previous experience equipped you for this job role?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Robert Half
Interview
Interview was ok, but I felt quickly like I was just a paycheck. No check ins, just didn't care after a certain amount of time passed. When I reached out to my recruiter recently, they were very short, almost rude.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Robert Half in Aug 2011
Interview
I was contacted via email & phone initially. I didn't see email before they called, thus being the reason I put both (email&phone). The recruiter(or headHunter) gave me an interview over the phone which was no more than 30 mins. It was a shaky first few minutes of interview; due to the company's lack of preparation or explanation of the interview process . However , I do not remember the questions asked, but it was decent enough to have me intrigued. Next, was a phone call from the first interviewers' understudy- who set up a time for me to come to their office for a 1:1 Interview in office. While waiting I was given forms [I-9/W-2/w-4 and a Compliance page that I HAD to signature along with my social security #] to fill out that would seem to indicate that I was getting hired. Well after I filled out documents I was taken to small room where a test was administered via Computers....... I then waited longer than any one would /should for these people and I got called back into an office for questioning segment which was INTERRUPTED as i answered 2nd question by her assistant needed her to be removed for an urgent phone call ... I never got more time to be interviewed nor any hiring or talk of an opportunity. So 3weeks after I called and gave them choice words over phone....the end
