I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (Raleigh, NC) in Dec 2016
Interview
Phone Interview, Face-2-Face interview with Branch manager, Face-2-Face with District Manager. They want to hear that you are motivated by money (because to succeed at RH you need to be money driven, greedy, and skeezy to some extent). They want to hear that you are okay with hearing "no" and calling that same person back every week until you get "yes, I want to use Robert Half".
I had quite a few shorter conversations where I got to learn about different teams and practice groups. There was a ton of transparency in the process and I felt like I really got to know the company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Robert Half in Dec 2025
Interview
Had an initial call with a recruiter, she seemed brand new. Had another call with a Account Manager. Have followed up for the past 2 weeks with ZERO response. I would expect something, it doesn't matter if you're not moving forward not responding at all is unprofessional. I don't know if this is how they deal with clients but very unprofessional. Don't waste your time.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Robert Half

Wonderful experience, great front desk experience and kind knowledgeable manager did the interview. Great place to work! Friendly people in the Finance/Accounting Recruiting space. Interview was straight forward and positive experience.
