I first met with a RHT agent to go over my resume, skills, and the type of job I was looking for. After about a month I got a call that there was a company looking to fill a Business Analyst position that I may be interested in. The RHT agent sent me the job description to see if I would be interested. After I confirmed interest, she told the company about me to see if they'd be interested in an interview. The interview was conducted at RHT and was very quick...probably only 20 minutes (because he was interviewing other candidates). I'd say half of the time consisted of him telling me about the job and the other half was spent asking me questions about my background and what I was looking for in a job. He probably only asked me 2-3 behavioral questions. After that I went to a room to talk to the RHT agent about whether or not I'd be interested and any other questions I had. Later that day I got a call that he would be interested in having a final interview with me the next day at the company's headquarters but I declined because the commute was more than I was willing to drive everyday. (The RHT agent told me the company's location beforehand so I didn't go into it unaware of the long commute but eventually decided it wasn't for me.)
