I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Robert Half (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2013
Interview
I was referred for a recruiting position, and the woman I met with was very intense and intimidating.
At the end of the interview, she handed me her business card and asked me to call her after 6pm that evening to tell her why I should be hired at Robert Half. Maybe she was trying to see how I leave a voice mail, but this seemed completely unnecessary and strange to me. I left the voice mail and then I never heard back from her. No email, no call, nothing.

Question 1
Since we have to report to our shareholders, how would you do in that kind of environment?
I had quite a few shorter conversations where I got to learn about different teams and practice groups. There was a ton of transparency in the process and I felt like I really got to know the company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Robert Half in Dec 2025
Interview
Had an initial call with a recruiter, she seemed brand new. Had another call with a Account Manager. Have followed up for the past 2 weeks with ZERO response. I would expect something, it doesn't matter if you're not moving forward not responding at all is unprofessional. I don't know if this is how they deal with clients but very unprofessional. Don't waste your time.
