My experiences with Office Team have been great. I applied online and they called me in for an interview within 1 to 2 days. Everyone in the office is very helpful and they are great people to work with. The office is very orderly and professional.

The most difficult question(s) regarded past work experience, but these questions should be asked at any and all professional interviews.
Standard STAR method questions like "Tell me about a time you faced conflict in the workplace" and "Tell me about a time you went above and beyond." The interviewer was nice and the interview lasted around thirty minutes.
Standard interview with expected questions. Professional recruiters that followed through with what they said. Received the job offer and was hired on by the company and stayed until the pandemic.

L’agent pose des questions sur le CV et ensuite des questions précises par rapport à l’offre.. ce sont des questions ouvertes. Chaque point mentionné dans le CV est analysé et détaillé lors de l’entretien. À la fin l’agent donne son avis si oui ou non, le candidat répond aux critères du client.
