Very quick - My resume was submitted for the recruiting position, and within weeks I had done 2 phone interviews.
They were aggressive with hiring me due to my field expertise and the thought that I could help place other people within my field. The hiring manager indicated that my field was a hiring weakness they had in their area.

First interview to work for Robert Half was simple and smooth. The recruiter gather my information and said will be in touch. I sent a follow up email and I got crickets. 3 weeks later the direct hire department reached me out and said your profile and assessment look good, I don’t know why we didn’t hire you.

I answered basic questions from the recruiter and the whole process was very smooth. Once the recruiter got to know me and understood what I was looking for, she was able to find the perfect assignment for me.
Easy to talk to recruiter, stayed on topic with going over job description for 30 mins. Mentioned salary and benefits as well as background and future outlook about growth opportunities to move up in placement company
