      I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Robert Half (Indianapolis, IN) in June 2011

      Apply in person and usually someone will always talk to you. There is a series of test to complete and then they will ask you to go in for an interview. The process was standard question you would expect from a staffing agency. They go over your test and potential positions available if they find you suitable for the positions.

      The interview was great window to the company's hiring process and it went well. the expected projects were unknown and it turns out the company try to find projects based on the employees set of skills, then they market the employee under company's name.
