Interview
I received a call from rh office team recruiter with regards to a referral;- a FaceTime interview date was scheduled, that preceded with all the necessary paperwork, including MS Word and Excel assessment that had to be completed as part of the hiring and interview process. The interview itself was calm but unexpectedly difficult.
Standard STAR method questions like "Tell me about a time you faced conflict in the workplace" and "Tell me about a time you went above and beyond." The interviewer was nice and the interview lasted around thirty minutes.
Standard interview with expected questions. Professional recruiters that followed through with what they said. Received the job offer and was hired on by the company and stayed until the pandemic.

L’agent pose des questions sur le CV et ensuite des questions précises par rapport à l’offre.. ce sont des questions ouvertes. Chaque point mentionné dans le CV est analysé et détaillé lors de l’entretien. À la fin l’agent donne son avis si oui ou non, le candidat répond aux critères du client.
