Smooth process but the recruiters do not respond to the calls and emails unless they think you are a good resource for them and sometimes it is really get on to your nerves when recruiter treats you like they are not responsible for anything.
A quick phone call from recruiter like 30 mins, and all the basic questions about your resume. And what tech skills do you have? What are your biggest strengths? What is your weaknesses?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Robert Half (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2024
Interview
There were 2 rounds of interviews - 1st from RH and 2nd from the Company. 1st round had mixture of Technical and HR questions related. 2nd round was more of technical along with basic HR questions to test fit.
