I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Robert Half (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Apr 2023
Interview
3 step interview with recruiter, local and branch manager. Very easy going and as long as you have the experience and demonstrate your qualities should go incredibly well. Since you will be assigned a variety of projects and clients they moreso are looking for what you can bring to the table for them.

Question 1
What are your professional strengths and what direction are you looking to build your career in?
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2026
Interview
Interview was very lowkey, two rounds and an accounting assessment in between. First round was with the program director, second round interview was with the department VP. There was a third "interview" before they made the offer to just review the compensation plan since it is somewhat niche for this role. Accounting assessments were easy, two rounds of general knowledge plus an excel assessment, but they allow multiple tries for all of them (especially the excel since the system is very sensitive) and it doesn't seem like they put too much stock into the scores either -- assuming you do fairly well anyway.
start with regular get to know you question, Next you are given task to do depends on what department. For example if you are interested in finance accounting you will be given a basic finance accounting question. And there's a minimum point that you need to achieve.
