Rocket Fuel Ad Technical Project Manager interview questions

Recruiter contacted me and after phone screen had me do a phone interview with the hiring manager which went really well. Panel interviews were disjointed and off-schedule with five people, a couple of whom didn't seem to know what position I was interviewing for or that my background is in this field. Many years of experience yet I was asked to define basic acronyms?
