Was first interviewed by HR, followed by an AutoCAD test, followed by an interview with a manager, an interview with the Director, then finally a background check. The interview process was pretty standard, though the testing was something new to me. The only difficult part seemed to be the background check process. If the education/work history you provided in the online application differs slightly when compared to the background check, you will be playing phone tag with HR until everything is spoken for.
