I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Ross Stores (Great Falls, MT) in Aug 2010
Interview
Hiring and Interviewing took over three months. Also had 7 interviews. They do not tell you the truth. They write everything down so if you are unsure about a salary you are willing to take do not give an answer, they will stick with your first number.
I had three separate interviews, one in person and two by phone. My first was in a store with the district manager who would be my direct supervisor and the next were with higher-up leaders in the company.
