After submitting my resume and application, I was contacted a few weeks later to set up a phone screen with the Recruiter. Several weeks passed after that call and I was then contacted by an HR Coordinator to set up time for a math test and a series of 3 interviews with various levels of management. A couple more weeks went by and times were confirmed for the math test and 3 interviews. Interviews seemed to have gone well - very pleasant. Situational questions. I never heard back from anyone at the Company.
