Interview took about 15 mins. Basic interview questions. The manager was professional and nice. They explained the role and duties that come with the position. They wanted to know what my strengths are and if I had previous customer service skills.

Basic interview, they aren't super competitive when selecting employees. Just seem eager to work in a team setting and try not to toot your own horn too much and they'll hire you.
