      FP&A Manager Interview

      7 July 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Dublin, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I interviewed at Ross Stores (Dublin, CA)

      Interview

The recruiter contacted me. Took an hour of my workday hour, said she would contact back the following day with the availability of the hiring Manager, and then the recruiter ghosted me. How unprofessional. Have the decency to at least write one line to to let the candidate know that you are no longer interested. Just shows the unprofessionalism and culture I guess.
