The final interview process is quite intensive, lasting approximately six hours and involving multiple stages. It begins with a presentation and includes several exercises designed to assess various skills. One of the more challenging components is the series of speed interviews, which span about 30 minutes. These can be quite demanding, as you move quickly between interviewers without any time to pause or even grab a sip of water. Another exercise requires candidates to work collaboratively as a group, focusing on identifying elements that existed in the past, are present now, and will exist in the future. Although I don’t recall all the details, the activity seemed to test both teamwork and forward-thinking abilities.
