Production Operator
Responsibilities
Positions Description
to present As Production operator KAOMBO south FPSO
Participate in all start-up of KAOMBO NORTH and SOUTH as production operator in followings activities
dewatering operation to remove particle and solids wax and sand to clean the production to service line
before start the production. Pigging operation using all the sequence with interlock key according to updated
PI & D, preservation operation with diesel dead oil to avoid hydrate formation before start the production or
long period of shutdown, thermal operation or warm up, dead oil circulation.
Line up all oil system as per operating standard and check oil interface level, reset the ESDVs and chock
valves as per operating system requirement, line up all the instrument air to operate the valves as SDV, , PV,
LV, FV, ESDVs, XVs, etc.
Participate in all commissioning activities as Isolations, De isolations, Leak testes, Line-up of all system as
Deluge system, inergen system, sea water system, Sand jetting & produced water system, chlorination
package, Gas compression system, TEG (try ethilenium glycol), chemical injection system, Instrument air and
Nitrogen generation system according to updated PI&D.
Commissioning of all gas process of kaombo north and south to recover and to process produced gas to
supply gas lift, fuel gas, gas export system and gas import to feed the topsides process and dehydrate gas for
the consumers.
Make sure all topside gas cover the full range of pressure from 0.1 barg to 306 barg gas compression
packages as VGRU, LP/MP, HP1/HP2, Dehydration unit (TEG contactor and regeneration package), HP3
Participate in the opening of permit work (PTW).

I participate on the first methanol bunkering in KAOMBO north and south.
Make regular routine checks of all equipment and units to ensure that they are functioning
correctly in accordance with the standard operating.
