The interview process started with AI before moving on to a human-led stage. Overall, it was handled well, with clear and timely communication throughout. However, beginning with AI didn’t feel like the most personal or engaging way to start the process, and I think a human touch earlier on would have improved the candidate experience.

Can you tell us about a time you solved a difficult problem
It felt a little unusual having AI manage the first stage of the process, but once past that, the communication from the team was clear, timely, and supportive. Interview
About 6 or 7 steps (including the recorded interview and workplace assessments), concluding with a 10 minute interview with the CEO. Each step took about a week to get scheduled so it took over a month from the first interview to the offer being sent.
