The interview process was casual but professional and informative. There was a good amount of exchanges between both parties and it allowed the applicant to adequately express themselves and understand more about the company at the same time.

Interview
Considering my skills, experience, and portfolio a little over the top. Mention of up to 3 interviews but, ended up having just a phone interview and 1 face to face with a test. There was an over phone interview followed by an email questionnaire which was quite large and maybe a waste of my time. After that there was an interview with the creative director and sales directer (owner of the company) followed by a very basic skills test.
