Interview
Applied by filling out a custom form and emailing off. Invited to the interview by the team's recruiter. Completed a 30-minute written assessment to be returned to the recruiter just before the 45-minute long interview with two members of the MarCom team.
The interview itself was just fine, a smattering of skills-based and aptitude based questions, with requests for examples included in the question. All-in-all, it went well! A little formal in parts but was generally a comfortable, informal conversation where we all left smiling.
I was told I'd hear back at the end of the week, as the team were looking to quickly fill the position. But since then, I've been ghosted, even when asking about the position or feedback. Very unprofessional, disrespectful behaviour.

Nice, friendly interview. They weren't very good at explaining the shape of the project but sometimes it's hard to define the full scope of a project that relates to industry functions
