Pros

Staff are friendly, supportive and always willing to help. Flexible working/hybrid working - minimum 2 days per work in the office which is a co working space.

Cons

Last two years has felt chaotic with a change in management with extensive overuse of consultants and an over reliance on the Board for decision making. Staff turnover has increased during the last two years with most of the senior team leaving the organisation. CEO is more concerned with external stakeholders and how they look rather than staff, tends to make an appearance at all staff meetings and staff socials to deliver a word salad. I was in post for several years, expected to operate at a senior level with no additional pay or change in job title. They waited until I left to bring someone new in to give them an increase in pay and a more senior title which makes me wonder if my race was an issue. It’s not clear who’s running the organisation - the Board, the COO or the CEO. This organisation was once a great place to work, but sadly it’s changed, with so many knowledgeable and experienced staff choosing to move on.
