Friendly, lots of question and hypothetical situations in regards to customer service. Makeup portfolio was appreciated. Focus is on product knowledge and friendliness. Asked about retail background, what trainings I would be interested in. Also how hard I am willing to work to move up into a management position. Also my timeline I expect to management.

Interview
After i submitted my online application i was called imminently after, inviting me to come to their job fair which was 2 days after the call. I went to the job fair, there were a handful of girls also applying as well. I was called to go to the back to be interviewed by one of the managers (always bring extra resumes). The interview went well, don't overthink, and just breathe! After interview i was scheduled for a demo, after the demo i was called one more time to be interviews by another manager and she basically told me i was hired and we discussed scheduling and orientation dates.

The interview was a group interview with 6 other people. It was slightly competitive but also fun. We had one-on-one interviews as well. I was called after I left and was hired for the job.

Long interview process: quick phone interview where we set up a date for a makeup demo , demo was done on another employee, then final interview with manager. Took about a month in total.
