I applied in early June to be called back in mid-July. The interview itself was straightforward. Questions to confirm prior employment, as well as to confirm educational history.The General Manager consulted with the Front Desk Manager and Night Auditor to determine my eligibility for both positions.

Get the impression that your wasting their time and they've got more important things to do on their phone with face book. You also get the impression that you are an expendable person that they are hiring just to fill a space.
