Le premier entretien est assez simple, il s'agit de passer en revue ton expérience actuelle. Un test d'aptitude de type QI est inclus dans le processus. J'ai passé le tour avec un responsable du recrutement. Mon entretien suivant a été annulé car le poste a été retiré et ils ne recrutaient plus pour ce rôle spécifique en France.

Completed 5 rounds of interviews for a Solution Engineer role. Final rejection cited 'lack of ecommerce experience,' a fact clearly stated on my resume from the start. Significant disrespect for candidate time.

Interview
Did one technical assessment (IQ test type) and then talked to the department hiring manager (Q&A, not technical). I was scheduled to talk with someone from the team had I moved forward.
