An introductory call was setup to discuss the hiring process. The HR told me about what they are looking for, what to expect, asked about my work experience, achievements etc. and told me that next round of interviews will be set up by next week. It has been more than a month but I haven't heard a word from them about next round or anything. My email asking about the status is still unanswered. It is always frustrating when the HR completely ignores your mails. If you dont want to hire then send that in response and close the case instead of ignoring.
