I applied for the job online and submitted a resume. Was offered a video call interview which they called Life Story where the interviewer asked me questions mostly about my background. I was later offered a paid trial shift/interview working during lunch, basically you would shadow a few of their staff and work with them and afterwards the manager asked me about how I felt about the work and if I had any questions.
