The process, was first sending my CV for a language role, interview was not in any stage in my target language, at the end I got an extensive email that I already knew it was not an offer, I didn't get the time to read until the end but it didn't give any reason on what went wrong.

I had a great introduction interview with a rep, talked about our lives, passions, and aspirations. I really enjoyed how outgoing it was.
I go to take the technical interview which you really shouldn't undermine. It's tough. I'd prepared myself for over a day but, of course, what I'd studied, didn't come up in the test. In the end, I wasn't resourceful and fast enough.

I did an introductory phone call to talk about who I am, why i'm applying and was asked simple questions. Did an interview over video chat and asked my life story.

Brief interview via skype, was for a developer/support role as a part of the Australian Shopify team. Some questions were asked about my experience and skills. I didn't end up getting the role unfortunately.
