I made it through the first interview which was held over google hangouts. I have to say it was a very pleasant interview. I felt no pressure and I was able to present my self comfortably. The recruiter was very pleasant too. Now during my second interview which was “My Life Story” it was very content and easy going since there were no tricky HR questions. Just about my previous experiences both professional and personal which i found nice to share just enough. By the end of the interview I was told that I will get an answer within a few days and that she needs to check with the Lead’s availability for the next Interview(usually done on phone) but she was in the city so she suggested maybe this time it will be held at the office. At that moment I felt a relief because it meant that I am most probably going to get a third interview. Please correct me if i am wrong. After that *Poof* i never heard back from them. I mean the least can be done is say i am not a fit. They could do better on the “we value our community and culture” part.
